The transcribed document is then sent to all parties of the meeting and is also accessible on the Fireflies.ai website. Once the meeting concludes, the AI assistant then uses the startup's natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to transcribe the audio into a copy of the text. Without these complete records, decision-making among stakeholders is slow and inefficient. The resulting notes of the meeting are most likely incomplete, and missing key facts and statements said to be referenced for later. Beyond paying attention to the immediate conversation, their mindset is split between recording and chiming in when necessary as well.
